I read books that related to philosophy; novels about philosophy or that bring up philosophical questions, (such as Sophie's World), books and stories by philosophers, (Plato's Republic) and more modern books about philosophical issues (Philosophy in the Flesh). I wrote a paper or two on a few of these books, drew and painted some books, and found meaningful quotes that have significance to me.
Obstacles, frustrations, or challenges you faced:
I read many books and had strong opinions about each of them, but it took me some time to finally sit down and write them out, because writing about some of them isn't very thrilling, the epiphanies that I have while reading will help me in my life, and I don't feel the need to write about them. So I found other ways to express what I read.
Joys and epiphanies you experienced:
The books I read were very well written and left the reader deep in thought afterwards, like all good books should. Books that make you look up, blink and think "whoa" as an idea hits you are the best kind.
