Describe the Sample. What I
did, who I worked with:
This is my log of
hours for yoga. At first I just did random poses that I remembered or learned
from a book, but I never had a routine or and rhyme or reason in what I did. I
got Yoga: The Iyengar Way and
it suggested twelve lesson courses in the back, which I began to do. I tried to
alternate between two lessons every week, but most of the times I did three of
each alternating lesson.
Obstacles, frustrations, or
challenges I faced:
I wasn't progressing very much
until I got myself a routine.
Why I am including this as a sample:
What I learned about myself as a result of the experience related to the sample:
I learned how to keep my body in shape, flexible and strong, what worked for me and what didn't. I also learned my limitations and got to know my body better.
