What I want to do: I want to freshen up on the yoga I have already learned and to learn more. I want to keep myself active, as well as strong, flexible and relaxed.

 

How I want to do it (the steps I will take): I will *find books on yoga *do strengthening poses *do restful poses *keep a yoga log of my hours, poses and progress.

 

Way I want to do it: I want to have a stronger and flexible body and a restful, less stressed mind. I also hope that the yoga will help me be healthier and strengthen my breathing.
